Perfect Dawn Puzzle: What to Consider Before You Start
A project built around 3000 pieces
The piece count is the defining buying consideration.
This puzzle is aimed at adults and offers a demanding experience, so it makes more sense for someone who enjoys returning to a project over multiple sessions than for a quick evening activity.
Large pieces can make individual pieces easier to handle, but the overall scale still calls for patience and a way to keep pieces organized.
Artwork and solving feel
The ocean sunrise artwork gives the image a cohesive landscape subject, while randomly cut shapes mean the pieces have varied outlines.
Buyers who enjoy sorting by image areas and piece shape have a clear theme and shape variety to work with; those who prefer a different visual subject should keep that preference in mind.
Backing and assembly
Recycled cardboard with thick chipboard backing is intended to keep the pieces solid and prevent bending during assembly.
The claimed lock-tight fit points toward a puzzle designed to hold together as it is built, which may be useful if you move completed sections around; the practical fit can still depend on how carefully pieces are aligned.
Finished size and keeping it together
The 3000-piece count makes this a substantial project, so plan for enough room to work through the puzzle.
The reusable two-piece box offers an option for putting it away between sessions, while recycled cardboard with thick chipboard backing gives the pieces a solid build.
